How quickly you can answer my question ?
We respond to messages and emails in the order they are received. Most inquiries are processed within 24 hours during business hours.
I can change the shipping address after placing the order ?
If you need to update your shipping address, please email us immediately at Info@noisell.com with your name and order number. We'll do our best to process your request, but we can't guarantee changes once your order has been packaged or shipped.
How long does the processing period ?

How long does it take shipment ?
Shipping times vary, but are typically 3-5 business days after order processing. A tracking number will be provided via email once your order ships.
My order will arrive in a single pack ?
Depending on the size and contents of your order, your shipment may be split into multiple packages. If so, you will receive tracking information for each package.
What happens if an article is exhausted or backward ?
If one or more items in your order are out of stock, we'll notify you by email with an estimated restocking date. If restocking takes more than two weeks, we'll issue a refund for the unavailable items.
I received a damaged article. What should I do ?
We apologize for any inconvenience caused by receiving a damaged item. Please email us at Info@noisell.com with your name, order number and photos of the damaged product so we can assist you.
What happens if an article of my order is missing or damaged ?
If you have received a damaged item or an item is missing from your order, please contact us within 30 days of delivery at Info@noisell.comWe will work with you to resolve the issue.
