Product Warranty

All products in our online catalogue, excluding consumables (bits, blades, discs, abrasive supports, etc.) are covered by the Italian manufacturer's guarantee for defects of conformity . The legal guarantee of conformity is provided for by the Consumer Code (articles 128 et seq.) to protect the consumer. The legal guarantee lasts 24 months from the invoice date.

To benefit from the right to technical assistance and repairs under warranty within the established terms, the buyer can:

Contact the AUTHORIZED SERVICE CENTERS of the brand related to the purchased product, (bringing with you a copy of the invoice proving the date of purchase). These service centers, present in Italy, are often found in the documentation contained inside the product packaging. Alternatively, information can also be found by connecting to the relevant website and searching for: "service centers". If this information is not available, contact us by telephone at the Customer Service on our website at the top, or contact us at info@noisell.com by making the request. We will respond as soon as possible, directing you quickly and precisely.
As an alternative to the solution described above, the customer can request the intervention of assistance directly to Noisell.com which will arrange for the necessary checks and repairs to be carried out on the product which should be found to be defective or faulty always within the term of 24 months from the date of purchase, without charging costs for such repairs, with the exception of transport costs arising from the collection and return of the product to the customer after the repair.

neither from the Service Centers, nor from noisell, direct or indirect damages resulting from improper use of the products sold by us.
