At Noisell.com, we are committed to ensuring your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you may return it within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund or replacement, subject to the conditions below.

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at info@noisell.com Please provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return. Our team will guide you through the process and provide you with the necessary return instructions.

Return Conditions

  • Eligibility : Items must be returned in their original, unused condition with all original packaging, tags and accessories. However, we do accept returns of used items. Please contact us first to discuss the condition of the item and determine next steps. Returns that do not meet these conditions may be subject to a partial refund or refusal of the return.

  • Timing : Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date.

  • Shipping Costs : Noisell.com offers free returns for orders within the EU. We will provide you with a prepaid shipping label to use. For returns outside the EU, customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.

  • Refunds : Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email. If approved, a refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your account.

EU Returns Laws

In accordance with European Union consumer protection laws, customers within the EU have the right to withdraw from a purchase contract within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason. This right is part of our 30-day return policy, giving you greater flexibility.

  • Right of Withdrawal : You can exercise your right of withdrawal within 14 days by notifying us by email at info@noisell.com After notifying us, you have 14 days to return the goods.

  • Refund Timing : For EU customers exercising their right of withdrawal, we will issue a refund within 14 days of receipt of the returned goods or proof of their return, whichever is earlier.

  • Return Costs : If you exercise your right of withdrawal within the EU, you will not incur any return shipping costs.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are not returnable, including:

  • Custom or made-to-measure items
  • Perishable goods
  • Digital products once accessed or downloaded
